Dr. Aditya Awasthi is an accomplished legal academic and researcher with extensive teaching, research, and administrative experience across reputed institutions such as KL University, Avantika University, and Indore Institute of Law. He has successfully completed his Ph.D. on the topic “Violation of Copyright Relating to OTT Platforms in India: A Comparative Analysis with Reference to the USA,” contributing significant scholarly insights into contemporary copyright challenges in the digital era. Over the years, Dr. Awasthi has taught diverse legal subjects, mentored students, coordinated NAAC and academic processes, and served on various academic bodies, including the Board of Studies, Faculty Board, and Academic Council.
