Dr. Bhupal Bhattacharya is the Head of the Department of Law at Raiganj University. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Law from Assa University in 2019, Then worked as a Assistant Professor in Law College Durgapur, NIT Durgapur, Amity University Mumbai, Banasthali University, Alliance University Bangalore, Amity University Kolkata for 16 years. He is having 16 Years of Experience in the field of Teaching and Research. His Area of Expertise includes: Environmental Law, Business Laws, etc. He is the author of 44 peer reviewed papers, 16 Scopus indexed papers, 3 text books, 5 edited volumes recipient of any 2 research Grants, and one awards etc.
