Dr. Nagarathna. A. is an Associate Professor at National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. She/he received her Ph.D. Degree in Medical Laws from Gulbarga University in 2012 and is currently pursuing her postdoctoral [LL.D.] from India International University of Legal Education and Research, Goa. She has been teaching law since 2001 and working as a faculty at NLSIU, Bengaluru since 2006. She is having over 25 Years of Experience in the field of law teaching. Her area of Expertise includes: Criminal Law, Cyber laws, Data protection laws, and medical laws. She is the author of various books, chapters in books, articles, etc. She is also a recipient of many Grants, awards etc
