Ms. Jharna Sahijwani

Ms. Jharna Sahijwani with around 8 years of academic experience is currently working as an Assistant Professor of law and is pursuing her PhD in International Trade Law from NMIMS University, Mumbai. During her tenure, she has held key positions such as being the Program Director of UG Law Program at IMS Learning Resources Ltd, Assistant Professor at KPMSOL, NMIMS University Mumbai, GLS University, Ahmedabad and Teaching and Research Associate at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. Ms. Jharna has pursued her LLM from National Law University Jodhpur with specialization in International Trade Law and B.Com LL.B (Hons.) from my Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. Ms. Jharna teaches various courses on International law specifically focusing on trade and investment.\n\nAdditionally, she has been an avid mooter during her law school and been awarded a gold medal for her rich mooting experience. Besides she has a keen interest in various fields of Law such as Technology Laws, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Rights. Ms. Jharna has several publications in journals of repute along with has paper presentations in a number of international and national conferences including the Cambridge International Law Journal Conference.
